Oleg Hladkovskiy was relieved from his duties as First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDCU). The acting president announced this decision during his speech in Nikolaev.
“This morning, before flying to Nikolaev, I signed a decree on the dismissal of Oleg Hladkovskiy from the post of First Deputy Secretary of the NSDC. He is also removed from the post of Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission on the policy of military-technical cooperation and export control,” said Poroshenko.
On February 25, journalists from the Bihus.info project published results of their investigations in which they provide evidence that Igor Hladkovskiy, the son of the First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council in complicity with Vitaly Zhukov and Andrei Rogoza used proxy companies to smuggle supplies from Russian Federation. Acquired military supplies of Russian origin were later sold to Ukrainian defense facilities by 2-4 above-market prices. Hladkovskiy received massive kickbacks from those deals.
