The Moscow Basman court extended the term of the arrest imposed on the Roshen confectionery corporation in Lipetsk.

At the request of the investigator, the term of the security arrest imposed on 12 real estate objects has been extended until June 13, 2019. The measure of the court allows the plant to exploit the arrested property but prohibits selling or renting it. The finished products warehouse, four workshops, auxiliary building, and seven land plots with a total area of more than 700 thousand square meters continue to be under arrest.
The company reminds that since April 1, 2017, production at the Lipetsk plant has been completely stopped. Also, the trading house and finished goods warehouse ceased all activity. The production lines of the plant are conserved. Roshen Ukrainian products are not imported into the Russian Federation since 2013.
