According to recent data, the most realistic couples in the second round would be Zelensky – Poroshenko or Zelensky – Tymoshenko.
26.4% of Ukrainians who have decided whom they will vote for in the presidential election are ready to support the showman Vladimir Zelensky.
This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by Kiev International Institute of Sociology on February 8-20.
18% of voters are ready to vote for the current president, Petro Poroshenko, 13.8% for Yulia Tymoshenko, and 10.9% for Yuriy Boyko.
Anatoly Hrytsenko is supported by 6.4%, Oleg Lyashko – 6.3%, Alexander Vilkul – 3.1%.
However, 33.3% were undecided with the candidate, another 4.8% is going to spoil the ballot, and 3.6% refused to answer.
Sociologists note that the difference in support of Poroshenko and Tymoshenko is within the statistical error, which means that according to these data the most realistic pairs in the second round would be Zelensky-Poroshenko or Zelensky-Tymoshenko, and the high probability of a Poroshenko-Tymoshenko pair remains.
The survey took place from February 8 to 20. The method of personal interview was used by interviewing 2042 respondents living in 110 settlements of all regions of Ukraine (except Crimea and the occupied regions of Donbass) aged 18 years and older. The statistical error of the sample does not exceed 3.3%.
