According to the latest poll results, Volodymyr Zelensky wins in the second round by gaining more than 50% of the vote.
The survey results of the sociological group “Rating”, according to their research Volodymyr Zelensky is leading with a breakaway of almost 40% from Petro Poroshenko and it is likely to be confirmed during the voting.
This was announced on the air of Radio NV by the Deputy Executive Director of the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology Anton Hrushetsky.
“Most likely, yes … At the moment, if everything continues, the results of the second round will be approximately the same as polls show,” he said.
The Deputy Head of the sociological service also stressed that candidate Zelensky should “super-seriously” discredit himself to provoke the outflow of votes.
Hrushetsky added that future debates between Poroshenko and Zelensky may influence the decision of a limited number of voters.
“They (the debate – ed.), of course, can affect, but they can affect, most likely, a limited number of the percent,” – said the sociologist.
According to the results of the first poll of the “Rating” group before the second round of elections, 51% of respondents are ready to vote for showman Volodymyr Zelensky and 21% of Ukrainians will vote for current President Petro Poroshenko.
