Iryna Herashchenko praised the alleged visit of President Poroshenko to Boryspil. What she said was actually a retelling of famous legend about Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“The president has already got into his car and the motorcade was ready to depart, but, apparently, thought the glass of the window he heard the cry of a little boy, who was howling for all Boryspil to hear. Turned out that this neighbor boy waited about an hour for the president to leave the house, over which Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar flags are flying, to take a picture with him. And his wait ended in such a failure. The President exited his car to take a selfie with the boy. Little ones rushed home happily to boast about the photo,” — wrote the Vice-speaker Herashchenko, apparently waiting for a positive reaction, dozens of reposts and other consequences of a successful PR move.
However, readers immediately discovered a similar story about President Putin, which was some time ago broadcasted by all the media controlled by the Kremlin.
“Russian President Vladimir Putin, leaving the Peter and Paul Fortress in St. Petersburg, stepped out of the car of the presidential motorcade to reassure the little girl and take a picture with her,” multiple television channels and a media propagandist reported.
It is noteworthy that the soundproofing of presidential cars does not allow hearing what is happening behind their glasses, respectively, in the case of Putin and in the case of Poroshenko, the story turns out to be only an “info-dump” designed for PR.
