In the presidential race in 2019 will take part 44 candidates.
“In 2014, 21 candidates took part in the presidential election, which is half as many candidates as today. Until now, the historical record was held by the 2004 election, when 24 people were running for the highest post,” — said Alexey Koshel, chairman of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine.
At the same time, only 4 women are planning to take part in the presidential campaign of 2019 among 44 candidates.
