
The Cabinet of Ministers approved a revised plan for reforming the defense industry complex and the introduction of additional measures, in particular, the use of a polygraph for checking corruption risks among the management of Ukroboronprom and other state-owned enterprises.

“The Cabinet of Ministers approved a revised plan for reforming the defense industry complex and increasing the level of transparency in fulfilling the state defense order in terms of introducing additional measures to check for corruption risks in the management of the Ukroboronprom state concern and other state-owned enterprises and joint stock companies, where the government’s share exceeds 50 %”, – Government Portal states.
The government clarified about the possibility of using polygraphs to conduct such checks.
As noted in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, it was adopted pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 79, which puts into effect the relevant decision of the National Security and Defense Council.
