An explosion occurred near the Russian Embassy in Kiev on April 13.
As stated in the communication department of the Kyiv police, the cause of the explosion was a high-voltage cable break.
“Police received a message that an explosion occurred on the Prospekt Vozdukhoflotsky in the Solomensky district near the Russian Embassy. The police began to check and then received information from representatives of Kyivenergo, that in this square there was a break of high-voltage cable belonging to the South-Western Railway, “- said in a statement.
“As a result of the incident no one was hurt, only the pavement was damaged. Information about the de-energization of the terminal and the overpass is checked, all specialized services are involved, ”added the police.
