Police promptly detained the man who insulted the President.
New embarrassment occurred during the visit of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to Kharkiv on Valentine’s Day.
In response to Poroshenko’s farewell message to Kharkiv citizens who gathered at the city philharmonic building: “I love you all,” one of those present shouted: “Screw you!”.
As can be seen in the video, which posted on the Youtube channel of the local agency “Accidents news”, policemen immediately detained the person who insulted the president and took him to the arched passageway in one of the nearby buildings. The man continued shouting: “Return the pensioners their pensions” and other curses to the President.
A few minutes after the departure of the President’s motorcade, the man was released.
