In the Khmelnitsky region, the Neteshinskiy city court delivered the very first verdict to bring the person to administrative responsibility for bullying.
This is stated in the message of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Khmelnytsky region.
“The offender turned out to be a high school student at one of the local schools, and the victim was his teacher,” the report said.
The police noted that the persecution of the teacher manifested itself in systematic insults and psychological pressure from the student.
The teenager was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 3 of Art. 173-4 (Bulling (harassment) of a participant in the educational process) of the Administrative Offenses Code of Ukraine.
The court ordered the mother of a minor to pay a fine in the amount of 850 UAH.
