
Ex-Chairman of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov, accused of abuse of power, asks the court to declare the order to remove him from the post unlawful and invalid.
Former Chairman of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov filed a lawsuit against the Cabinet of Ministers due to the announcement of tenders for the positions of Heads of the State Customs Service and the State Tax Service.
The relevant information is published on the website of the District Administrative Court of Kiev.
“The District Administrative Court of Kiev received a lawsuit from Roman Nasirov to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the announcement of tenders for the positions of heads of the State Customs Service and the State Tax Service,” the statement said.
It is noted that Roman Nasirov asks the court to declare unlawful and invalid the orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On announcing a competition for the vacant position of the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine” and “On announcing a competition for the vacant position of the Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine”.
Now the court decides on the opening of proceedings on this administrative case.
Previously Roman Nasirov is accused of abuse of power and official position (Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and official forgery (Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code). According to the investigation, Nasirov is involved in the so-called “Onishchenko gas scheme”.
According to the detectives of NABU, during 2015, he took a number of groundless and illegal decisions on the installment plan of payments for rent payments for the use of subsoil for companies involved in the scheme, for a total of 2.019 billion UAH.
It should also be clarified that Nasirov participated in the recent presidential elections. The scandalous official took the last place – only 0.01% (2582 people) of voters voted for him.
