The Anti-Corruption Center published an explanatory note to the draft resolution of People’s Deputy Ihor Mosiychuk on “usurpation of minister authority by Ulana Suprun” and discovered that this document was created on the computer belonging to Alexander Dolzhenkov, People’s Deputy from “Opposition bloc” who is directly connected with the oligarch Rinat Akhmetov.
This can be discovered by viewing the properties of the document.
Mosiychuk’s assistant “swears to God” that she wrote it without any help.
“But I swear that I wrote this explanatory text on Mosiychuk’s computer, and it may even be imperfect, because he rushed me, but it is not developed by Ahmetov in any way?” —Tatyana Kavepeschenko writes.
However, in the properties of the document, it is stated that file is created by Dolzhenkov in January of 2015.
Whether Mosiychuk’s assistant rewrote some text previously published by “Opposition Bloc”, or whether the draft resolution on Suprun was actually written by opposition remains unknown.
