This is reported by the Kyiv police communication department.
“During the event, two unknown persons approached a group of people who were holding placards in their hands, damaged the placards and started a brawl, provoking a fight. Offenders were promptly pushed aside by police officers, who keep order and then deliver the provokers to the police department,” the message says.
The police added that after the first check and explanations of the detainees will be given a legal assessment.
