On Friday, April 26, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv accepted a lawsuit to ban Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Head of the Administration Ihor Raynin, and People’s Deputy Ihor Kononenko from leaving the country.
“The District Administrative Court of the city of Kiyv opened proceedings in the case on the suit of the famous blogger Alexander Dubinsky, who asks the Court to ban officials and politicians from going abroad within one year after the parliamentary and presidential elections. The case will be considered in the order of simplified action proceedings without notifying the participants of the case,” the statement said.
